I started taking food photos in 2003 or so because randomly one day I thought to myself “damn food is gorgeous, it would make a great photo.” Well unfortunately, photos do not do justice to Nkauj Iab’s chicken wings (or cooking in general). Not. at. all. These suckers taste a gazillion times better than they appear in the photo. Marinated with fresh minced garlic & green onions, grounded red peppers, a dash of garlic powder, a healthy amount of oyster sauce, and of course fish sauce, her bombass chicken wings taste unbelievably flavorful — juicy, spicy, salty and simple.
