Homemade Strawberry Mochi | Eiji | San Francisco, California
Make sure to end your meal at Eiji with whatever homemade mochi they have available! I’ve tasted Eiji’s limited chestnut holiday version last winter which was solid, but the strawberry version is the customer favorite. Made fresh everyday with a seasonal strawberry and just the right amount of red bean, these babies are hella good. Too bad their mochis are limited to one per customer.
